The 36V MultiVolt™ Deep Cut Band Saw (CB3612DA) is built for superior performance. The brushless motor produces a best-in-class cutting speed that is 16% faster than the closest competition at 640 surface feet per minute. Combined with the included 18 tooth per inch bi-metal band saw blade, this deep cut cordless band saw cuts through stainless steel pipe more than 4 times faster than the competition and cuts more than twice the number of stainless steel pipes per blade vs. the competition.
The easy-to-clean band saw also features an integrated hook for easy storage, as well as an LED light for clear visibility of the cutting area. It accepts a 36V MultiVolt battery or the AC adapter with cord for ultimate flexibility. All of these incredible features combine to provide a reliable, durable, and efficient band saw option from Metabo HPT!
The 36V cordless band saw is part of the expanding MultiVolt system of power tools from Metabo HPT. - Battery can also power Metabo HPT 18V slide type tools, including cordless nailers generating an impressive 8.0Ah of run time for increased flexibility and multipurpose use
- With a 36V MultiVolt battery it's never been easier to tackle any job, anywhere, with the power you need
- Higher capacity battery cell technology with 21700 cells that deliver over 1,440W of power - roughly 46% more capacity than a standard 18650 cell battery resulting in longer runtime and increased power output
- 4-Stage fuel gauge located on the face of the battery to make it easier to monitor the charge status
- MultiVolt battery pack is compact and lightweight at only 2.1lbs, eliminating and added bulkiness or weight
- Multiplex Protection Circuit in the battery communicates with the tool and charger preventing from over-load, over-charge, and over-discharge to improve safety and ensure a long battery life
